What this integration does
QuickRoomFinder helps employees find available Cisco Room devices and meeting spaces in real time. Webex sign-in gives authorized users secure access to the QuickRoomFinder web application.
Main capabilities
Room availability dashboard
Employees can see room availability, current meetings, capacity, occupancy, and environmental indicators after the organization has completed room monitoring setup.
Organization-aware access
QuickRoomFinder links users to their Webex organization and applies the room visibility and privacy settings configured by the tenant administrator.
How to get started
If your organization is new to QuickRoomFinder, use the guided setup. Sign in, select the organization in Control Hub, and approve access. If the QRF app is not visible, the setup offers a secure path using your organization's own Service App.
Open QuickRoomFinder setup
Click Get Started in Webex App Hub or open the QuickRoomFinder setup page.
Open setupSign in with Webex
Use an organization administrator, an external administrator, or a reseller account with access to the customer organization.
Approve QuickRoomFinder
In Control Hub, select the organization you want to add and authorize QuickRoomFinder Service App. The organization is activated automatically.
Invite users
After setup, users from the organization can sign in to QuickRoomFinder and access the rooms, dashboards, and kiosks allowed by administrator settings.
Requirements
Webex account
A paid Webex organization is required. Organization setup requires a Webex Control Hub administrator account; free personal Webex accounts are not sufficient for tenant setup.
QuickRoomFinder tenant
Your organization needs a QuickRoomFinder tenant provided by Kioskware. New organizations can start from the setup page and contact Kioskware if purchasing help is needed.
Cisco Room devices
Real-time monitoring is intended for Cisco Room devices and Webex workspaces that are available in your organization's Control Hub.
Pricing
QuickRoomFinder is a paid subscription service. Your organization needs subscriptions covering monitored Cisco Room devices; optional kiosk displays require separate kiosk subscriptions. A trial may be available for new organizations. For pricing and subscription options, contact contact@kioskware.co.
Third-party and Webex account information
To use this integration, you need a paid Webex organization/license and a QuickRoomFinder account from Kioskware. An administrator approves QuickRoomFinder once for each organization being added.
Data and permissions
QuickRoomFinder uses Webex account information for sign-in. After administrator approval, it reads the room, device, booking, occupancy, and device-status information needed to provide the room availability service.
