Employees can see room availability, current meetings, capacity, occupancy, and environmental indicators after the organization has completed room monitoring setup.
QuickRoomFinder links users to their Webex organization and applies the room visibility and privacy settings configured by the tenant administrator.
If your organization is new to QuickRoomFinder, start from the guided setup. The Webex Integration confirms the administrator and organization, then the Service App is added manually outside Webex App Hub.
Click Get Started in Webex App Hub or open the QuickRoomFinder setup page.

A QRF administrator works with the Webex Control Hub administrator to create or authorize the QuickRoomFinder Service App manually, including the xAPI scopes required for room status collection.
After setup, users from the organization can sign in to QuickRoomFinder and access the rooms, dashboards, and kiosks allowed by administrator settings.
A paid Webex organization is required. Organization setup requires a Webex Control Hub administrator account; free personal Webex accounts are not sufficient for tenant setup.

Real-time monitoring is intended for Cisco Room devices and Webex workspaces that are available in your organization's Control Hub.
QuickRoomFinder is a paid subscription service. Your organization needs subscriptions covering monitored Cisco Room devices; optional kiosk displays require separate kiosk subscriptions. A trial may be available for new organizations. For pricing and subscription options, contact contact@kioskware.co.
To use this integration, you need a paid Webex organization/license and a QuickRoomFinder account from Kioskware. The Webex Integration is used for OAuth sign-in and user identification; room monitoring requires a separately configured QuickRoomFinder Service App.
The user-context Integration uses minimal Webex OAuth access for user identification. Organization-wide room, device, workspace, booking, status, metrics, and RoomOS xAPI data is handled by the manually configured QuickRoomFinder Service App and is used only to provide the configured room availability service.
